One of our clients a leading Law firm is looking to hire an HRBP for their Delhi and Bangalore location.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage end to end employee life cycle including onboarding for new joiners, grievance handling and employee separation.
- Understand practice hiring needs and manage hiring accordingly through various sources (Ref + consultant + Social Media.
- Support the HR COE teams for payroll, attendance, performance management
- Proactive inputs to HR verticals on benchmarking requirements seeking internal as well as external market "best practice" opportunities that will enhance processes
- Create robust communication forums and facilitate locational employee engagement initiatives on a regular basis
- Ensure on-time functional deliverables, compliance of HR operations, prepare the report on effectiveness and look for trends and draws inferences to influence future direction
- Partner with HODs and employees in the relevant location to understand current issues that can be supported or resolved through HR practices, processes, or policies.
Requirements:
- At least a Master's degree in HR or relevant field
- Minimum 8 years of prior Business HR experience
- Individual contributor using in-depth HR knowledge to execute entire gamut of HR processes as an independent stakeholder & if required challenge traditional solutions with new ideas.
- Excellent decision making & analytical skills
- Strong verbal & non-verbal communication
- Ability to take quick decision while working in a fast paced and ambiguous environment
