Our client is one of the oldest and the largest Tier 1 Law Firm in the country
The appointee will work closely with the North HR Head and the business stakeholders to manage the entire gamut of HR with heavy focus on Talent Acquisition and Business Partnering
The position will be responsible to manage the aggressive growth that has been planned over the next few years
Job Description :
Reporting into the North HR Head,
- You will work as HRBP to provide core HR services, including. Talent Acquisition, Induction & on boarding, Performance Management, Talent Management, Learning and Development and HR Operations
- Manage end to end employee life cycle
- Work closely with key stake holders to create and deliver the HR strategy for the business and ensure that the business objectives are met
- Collaborate with the leadership team on the formulation of key strategies by anticipating HR issues and solutions as appropriate also be a part of the design and implementation of policy and process from scratch
Profile:
Key Requirements:
- 3-7 years experience in HR business partnering role (With strong exposure to Talent Acquisition)
- Should have good experience in managing employee life cycle
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- You should be extremely hands on and open to working in an individual contributor capacity
