- Candidate should be from a premier B-school with 6-9 years of strong HR Generalist, Business Partnering and Talent Acquisition experience.
- Should have potential to lead HR for a fast-growing Global organization (400 to 1000 employees within 2 years) by managing multiple stakeholders across functions and deliver HR solutions by creating stakeholder buy in.
Driving all performance management processes like goal setting, year-end review, succession planning, quarterly check-ins
- Driving Individual Development Plans for all functions
- Creation and circulation of internal communication-Kohler now
- Drive engagement action planning and its progress
- Drive participation in People Manager Capability Building
- Creation of training modules on development, performance, career conversations and deployment through business HR
- Driving Talent Actions identified during Talent Reviews for al functions
- Leadership Potential Pool management-coaching conversations, development plan etc.
- Management of Rewards and Recognition for the Organisation
- Driving Engagement activities for the Organisation
