HR Business Partner
- The HR Business Partner will proactively partner with business leaders to plan and implement organizational objectives. Collaborate with business leaders and employees to support business growth and enhance employee engagement.
- Demonstrate strong business understanding and hands on experience of designing and implementing OD interventions.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of good practice in HR management with special focus on
(1) Resourcing & Recruitment
(2) Employee Engagement
(3) Talent Management
(4) Learning & Development.
Recruitment and resourcing :
- Managing all recruitment for assigned BU
Job Description drafting for upload to print / social media :
- Resume screening (phone and face-to-face) and candidate shortlisting
- Interview scheduling
- Post interview candidate engagement until joining
- Maintain updated Excel database of potential, prospective and rejected candidates
- Sourcing / Recruitment MIS on a daily basis
Employee Engagement:
- Demonstrate understanding of business and advise appropriate HR solutions
- Identify, engage & retain talent key / critical talent.
- Interface with Business Managers and employee for planning & implementation of HR initiatives.Set, initiate and monitor effective communication process
Education:
- MBA/PGDM with HR specialization from a premier institute
Experience:
7-10 years, preferably from technology product companies. Candidate should be currently based out of Bangalore
