The HR Business Partner will proactively partner with business leaders to plan and implement organizational objectives. Collaborate with business leaders and employees to support business growth and enhance employee engagement.

Recruitment and resourcing : Managing all recruitment for assigned BU
Job Description drafting for upload to print / social media
Resume screening (phone and face-to-face) and candidate shortlisting
Interview scheduling
Post interview candidate engagement until joining
Maintain updated Excel database of potential, prospective and rejected candidates
Sourcing / Recruitment MIS on a daily basis
Employee Engagement:
Demonstrate understanding of business and advise appropriate HR solutions
Identify, engage & retain talent key / critical talent.
Interface with Business Managers and employee for planning & implementation of HR initiatives.Set, initiate and monitor effective communication process
Education:
MBA/PGDM with HR specialization from a premier institute
Experience:
5-8 years, preferably from technology product companies. Candidate should be currently based out of Bangalore
