Roles and Responsibilities :

- In this role, you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.

- Your expected interactions are within your team and direct supervisor.

- You will be provided detailed to a moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments and the decisions that you make that would impact your work.

- You will be required to help in the overall team's workload by managing your deliverables and help the team when required

- You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined focused scope of work.

- You will be aligned to our Human Resources vertical and will help us in the function that deals with people and people related areas such as recruiting, learning, training, onboarding, compensation and benefits, performance management, organization development and culture.

- You will be working as a part of the recruiting team which is accountable for the delivery of candidates to meet the recruiting demand based on the Recruiting Plan

- You will be aligned with our Recruitment vertical.

- Employees under this span will be a part of one of the sub-offerings - Recruitment , Sourcing , Scheduling , BGV , Document Collection , Onboarding & Internal Shared Services, bring their vision to life - enabling them to improve outcomes by converging around the candidate, connecting expertise with unique insights into the candidate experience.

Job Description for Training and Development:

- Conducting Product training for new joiners and existing employees in collaboration with the trainers.

- Conducting trainings for the Team company, product knowledge, merchandising etc.

- Conducting an analysis to identify the areas of improvement.

- Checking the needs of trainings and working accordingly; follow up after trainings and measuring impact of trainings on sales.

- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of training, teaching and coaching methods.

- Evaluates program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback.
