HR Business Partner - IT/ITeS

Experience:

- The individual should have managed an employee base of 1100 people

- Prior experience in the ITES/IT industry.

- Generalist HR experience

- To provide strategic HR guidance to the business in decisions that impact people.

- The role requires a high level of flexibility and mobility in terms of working hours

- To drive the Talent Management programme

- To focus on succession planning and develop strategies to bridge gaps which could involve strategic recruitment, leadership education, development initiatives, cross-centre moves

- Development of specific training curriculum for unit.

- Employee survey analysis and action planning.

- Run location HR projects
