About the Role:

Only Regular MBAs (From Tier1 only) with relevant 6-8 yrs of experience into HR Business Partnering should apply

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand the business strategy, the drivers of business success and the people implications

- Establish Business Partnership to create people plans to support their big goals and objectives

- Understand the business strategy, the drivers of business success and the people implications

- Partner with managers to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential

- Translate organization needs into HR Interventions to improve business performance and effectiveness, as well as to improve the overall employee experience and engagement.

- Assesses and anticipates HR-related needs

- Proactively communicates needs with HR department and business management and seeks to provide integrated solutions

- Establish (with the business) key metrics to evaluate success of the people strategy

- Adjust HR strategies and priorities in response to changing business needs

- Communication

- Retention and Engagement:

- Help Business leaders understand the organizational climate; actively seek to improve the culture and performance levels in the organisation

- Work with the centres of expertise and the business to implement performance management systems and practices

Desired Candidate:

Skills Required:

- Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative

- Excellent written, verbal communication, interpersonal skills; high quality document and report preparation

- Excellent presentation skills and knowledge of stakeholder management

- Relationship Building

Experience Required:

- 6-8+ years of experience in generalist HR (Business Partnering) within a mid-size organization (No industry constraints)

- Experience in working with senior business leaders & with partners in specialist HR functions

- Experience in managing and influencing senior stakeholders

- Relationship management capabilities

- Must have experience of having done good strategic projects on various aspects like Employee Value Proposition, Competency Framework, Talent Development/Career Development, etc.
