Human Resource Business Partner

Work Location - Noida

Total Years of Exp required – 8 – 12 yrs

Designation –Sr. Manager

Skills required -

- Candidate should have min. 3yrs of strong exp. as HR business partner.

- Experience in supporting Human Capital delivery for a Business group not less than 2000 people.

- Candidate from IT/ITES industry will be preferred. Exp. In BPO Industry will be preferred.

- Work timings - 11 am to 8:30pm (Should be flexible with regards to work timings).

- Strong exp. on Advanced MS Office, Visio, Sharepoint.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Must have handled FTE of around 1800 - 2000 employees.
