Job Description:

The candidate would be responsible for:

1) Strategic planning for the development of Human Resource for the Business Vertical.

2) Formulate Strategies, customize, streamline policies and processes in line with core Business activity.

3) Accountable for the End-to-End HR activities of the Business Vertical in context to:

a) Talent Engagement

b) Performance Management

c) Career Planning & Development

d) OD Interventions

e) Compensation & Benefits

f) Rewards & Recognition

g) Retention Management, et

Candidate Requirement:

1) Should have at least 10 years of experience in handling the whole gamut of HR activities from IT/ ITES background.

2) Post graduate from a reputed university

3) Excellent communication skill, flair for owning up the processes
