APAC HRBP(Australia, Singapore, Malaysia)
Position Description:
Summary: Looking for an HR professional to work for APAC region.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR programs, processes, and policies for the APAC region.
- Partner with business leaders to provide support in all areas of HR.
- Collaborate with global HR teams on specific projects.
- Support managers in the expansion, integration, and alignment efforts for APAC
- Assist the global COE in designing and developing change initiatives, programs, or interventions.
- Work with the global compensation and benefits team to ensure competitive positioning for APAC.
- Enable business decisions in terms of investments in people for employee motivation and internal employer branding.
- Devise ring fencing plans for the business groups to control hi-potential retention.
- Manage legal and statutory requirements.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in a senior-level HR role
- Strong understanding of HR best practices
- Experience in a variety of HR disciplines, including talent management, workforce planning, performance management, learning and development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, payroll, and employee engagement.
- Worked for Australia and Singapore region is a plus.
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
