Job Summary:

The HR is responsible for providing comprehensive HR support and guidance to employees and managers within the organization. This role involves handling various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and HR policy implementation, compliance, Payroll. The HR will serve as a primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries and will ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

- Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer letters.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.

- Conduct new employee orientations and facilitate smooth onboarding processes.

Employee Relations:

- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.

- Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a timely and confidential manner.

- Investigate and resolve employee relations issues, partnering with management as necessary.

Performance Management:

- Assist in the development and implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and performance improvement plans.

- Provide support and guidance to managers on performance-related matters.

Benefits Administration:

- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee welfare programs.

- Educate employees on benefit options, eligibility, and enrollment procedures.

- Ensure accurate and timely processing of benefits-related paperwork and communicate with benefits providers as needed.

HR Policy Implementation and Compliance:

- Assist in the development, communication, and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.

- Stay up to date with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure HR processes align with legal requirements.

HR Reporting and Data Management:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.

- Prepare HR reports and metrics, such as headcount, turnover, and performance evaluations.

- Analyse HR data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.

Training and Development:

- Coordinate and deliver HR-related training programs, including sexual harassment prevention, diversity and inclusion, and other relevant topics.

- Assist in identifying training needs and developing training materials.

Payroll & Attendance:

- Collect and review time, attendance & leave records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

- Calculate and process employee wages, including regular pay, overtime, bonuses, commissions, and other earnings.

- Verify payroll inputs, such as employee deductions, benefits, and tax withholdings.

- Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Any Graduate (MBA-HR Preferred).

- 5+years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.

- Solid understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and build positive relationships.

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office applications.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
