Accountable for managing end to end activities under the purview of HR Business Partner for over 1500 employees across business groups, while contributing to organization-wide strategic initiatives. Direct partnership with and consultation provided to business leaders and the management team across business units - Retail, Banking and Manufacturing including client counterparts and global senior leaders, w.r.t. Talent and performance management - Employee engagement and relations related initiatives Providing HR data for RFPs, PMRs and other business unit level presentations.

Special Cases:

- Successfully handled disciplinary issues, grievances and cases of harassment.

Responsibilities:

- To implement the HR Advisor tactical plan, in line with the overall HR Strategy & Firm Values in conjunction with the Head of Business / HR, responsible for oversight of all HR activities in my assigned business group in the Firm.

- Partnering with the business managers, to support the strategic & tactical initiatives from a HR perspective. (It includes creating, implementing, talent management processes, change management initiatives, managing employee turnover, improving employee relationships, management development, internal job postings, performance management process, employee transition plans, compensation plans or any other HR support necessary to meet business specific HR goals).

- Building & managing employee relations through meetings, round tables & structured sessions.

- Develop a "Trusted Advisor" relationship with key leaders at multiple levels within my business group through coaching & influencing key stake holders / managers to make decisions that are compatible with sound human resources best practices.

- To provide strategic direction to employee engagement framework & lead related initiatives / events across the lines of business.

- Facilitate Recognition programs.

- Collaborate with the compensation department in annual activities of bonus calculation, merit decisions.

- Responsible for maintaining salary grade integrity of positions (while partnering with Recruitment)

- Conducting analysis on various HR related data such as exits, performance ratings, and advancements

- Facilitating & supporting Performance rating analysis & managing performance improvement plan related issues.

- Timely management of employee relations issues

- Implementation of the Diversity & Inclusion imperatives.
