- Initiate, manage and improve the HR processes in all critical areas of Core HR  - Implement Best Practices of the Industry, working together with other team members  - Implement and manage Careerpath for all employees in the organization  - Ownership for Organizational Training and Development needs, own the Training Calendar  - Focus on Leadership Development for all levels upto Director level  - Plan and execute Succession Planning initiative  - Implement HR and Talent Development initiatives for the talent groups  - Facilitate proactive engagement conversations between the talent groups and their managers, mentors  - Develop and administer satisfaction surveys, interview and capture feedback from the talent groups, business managers and other stakeholders  - Assess the quality of engagement of talent groups and provide feedback to the key stakeholders  - Work with team members in other areas of HR like Compensation & Benefits program, Focal review schedules,   - New employee On-boarding and exit processes, adhering the Training needs and ensure the schedules/deadlines are met  - Work with other team members to actively participate in focal review process, evaluate hikes, determine appropriate ranges  - Be the voice of the talent groups in reflecting issues back to management and ensure timely resolution of issues  - Provide inputs for improving the effectiveness of processes, policies on talent management  - Work closely with Operations team and improve the Operational efficiencies by providing feedback & mentoring  Desired Skills, Experience & Traits:  - Post Graduate in Human Resources (preferably from Premier B-Schools) with 8-15 years of experience
