Designation: HR Business Partner (IC role)
Position reports to HR Head
Location: Pune
Roles & Responsibilities:
- The incumbent performs a dual role as the Site HR as well as the HR Business Partner to company executives, dealing with organizational/business issues including Change Management, Talent Management, manpower needs, team functioning and leadership effectiveness.
- The incumbent will be responsible for providing a full range of HR solutions to the Operations and Support groups. The successful applicant must be capable of functioning as a consultant to executives, acting as the single point of contact for Human Resources and participating as an active member of the company executives.
- This position will be the main interface with the customers with supporting resources from the HR Product Centers of Staffing, Leadership and Learning, Benefits, and Compensation.
- As such, the successful applicant must be able to understand the business needs, articulate these business needs to partnering HR functions and apply HR expertise to develop solutions for the employee population.
- This position is also responsible for coaching and developing the expertise and skill set of the team members to ensure their success.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Bachelors/Master's degree in Human Resource Management is required.
- 8+ years of generalist HR experience, preferably with HR Business Partnering experience in IT Product organisations (Preferred)
- Willing to work as Individual contributor
- Strong Inter personal skills
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
