HR Business Partner - IT

HR Business Partner- Bhubaneshwar/ Baroda/ Pondicherry

- Our client is an Information Technology Services company based in Bangalore, one of the largest IT Organisation with 38000 employees and delivery centers in different countries across globe.

- They are currently looking for people at various levels--- Analyst/ Sr.Analyst/ Manager/ AVP - HR for their locations- Bhubaneshwar (AVP) / Baroda (Manager) / Pondicherry (Analyst/ Sr. Analyst)

The role holder would be responsible for:

- Understanding the business goals, long term strategic plans and day- to-day Operational issues of the oragnisation

- To drive core HR programs such as Performance management, R &R, employee relations, talent management, compensation planning.

- To be custodians of policy & to drive Employee Relations

- Handle employee counseling & grievances

- Working actively on Capability building model, Retention plans and other employee centric initiatives

- To identify the needs of the employees & work towards making the environment conducive to work

The candidate should:

1. Be a MBA in HR with 7 – 12 years of Line HR/HR Business Partner experience

2. Should have experience in handling atleast 1000+ employees

3. Good in written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

4. candidates with ITES/IT/Telecom experience preferred.
