- The incumbent will lead the HRBP role for R&D entity at Hyderabad and may also be required to lead HRBP teams for sales and marketing entity at Bangalore
- Lead strategic people Priorities
- Manage senior stakeholders independently
- Be the bridge between the CoEs (Talent Development, Talent Acquisition and C&B teams).
- High on empathy to understand the pain points of internal stakeholders and have a problem solving approach
- Leads a team of HRBPs including remotely stationed HRBPs
- Work with Global HRBP leaders to align priorities for the region
- Report to- Director & Head HR
Specifications:
- Experience 7-13 years.
- Education Preference- MBA from a Tier 1 institute
- Preferred experience in Product /IT Telecom Product (viz. Qualcomm and Nokia etc)
- Candidates with exposure to Consultancies and IT companies will have an added advantage
