HRBP - IT
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leadership and people leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals, adapting to the evolving needs of a dynamic environment. Implement effective change management plans as necessary.
- Proactively address employee challenges in collaboration with senior leaders, navigating a matrix organization to ensure timely resolution.
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) like Talent Acquisition and HR Operations to provide robust support to the business.
- Coach managers and employees, translating company goals across all organizational levels, while balancing employee advocacy with organizational priorities.
- Stay abreast of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in HR, talent management, and employment law.
- Foster a culture of high performance and employee engagement, identifying and nurturing a talent pipeline for key roles.
- Implement performance management practices, including leadership assessments, coaching, and providing timely feedback.
Qualifications & Experience:- Master's degree in human resources (Preferably from a Premium "B" School) with 6-10 years of HR experience, demonstrating stability with an average tenure of 3+ years per company.
- Strong stakeholder orientation and the ability to function effectively in a globally matrixed organization.
- Excellent interpersonal, consulting, and leadership skills.
- Collaborative decision-making ability.
- Highly motivated self-starter with a strong result orientation and change management skills.
- Quick rapport building and relationship development across all organizational levels.
- Advocacy for employees with an approachable demeanor.
