HR Business Partner in Information Technology Company
- Planning, Budgeting and working on many turnaround recruitment projects.
- Ensuring merit-based development and promotion of people through identifying Critical talents and - Early Warning System- to retain the talents within the organization.
- Role of HR Business Partner is an integral part of client management team by developing effective working relationship, influencing the senior management team for development and delivery of their people plans in support of the achievements of the business area and HR strategies.
- To manage digitizing various HR functions like PMS, R&R, process management - Compensations & Benefits, HR Operations, On boarding, Exit management, HR Surveys other HR process.
- Work on Talent management, Succession planning.
- People Management/ Employee Engagement
- Supporting Rewards & Benefits Head
- Experience of working in an IT company is a must.
