- Our client is one of the leading providers of data services and wireless technology services.

- Looking for a HR Business Partner with 5 - 8 years of experience with extensive knowledge in Performance Management, HR intervention, employee engagement, organisation development etc.

- Looking for candidates from IT Industry with conceptual understanding of HR Business Partner function and its implication on transactional Business Partner service environment.

- Should have exposure to performance management, ability to develop employee engagement model, effective organisation skills etc.

- Role based in Chennai.
