HR Business Partner - IT (5-7 yrs)

Not looking for HR Generalists- This is a core Business HR/HRBP Role

- The Business HR plays four roles Strategic Partner, Operations Manager, Employee Champion and Change Agent

- As Strategic Partner (the main competence required is Designing HR initiatives and being able to sell your POV):

- Design and deploy Competency based HR practices

- Design, Deploy and Update polices as per emerging requirements of our Business

- Design and deploy Objective goalsetting practices for the organization in terms of current and future needs

- Creating POVs for Talent Practices based on emerging business requirements, talent data analysis and sound bites from the ground

- Create Career paths and opportunities for the work force in a planned and structured manner

- As Operations Manager (the main competence required is Program Management of HR initiatives and ability to Plan and execute deployment):

- Prioritize & Program Manage deployment of all Talent processes & framework related to employee Life cycle

- Ability to stick to timelines and deliver end results with the required quality

- Come back with change suggestions to make process better based on their ground level experience of deploying the initiative

- Build and leverage relationships to drive deployment on ground

- As Change Agent (the main competence required is Clarity of thought, clear communication, persistence and personal resilience):

- Since we are a relatively new organization in India, there is a lot of change management which we need to do, be it in terms of pioneering new Talent Practices, bringing in new polices or challenging the status quo in established processes. So driving change is a everyday affaire for the BHR team. Also ability to identify what needs to changes and come out with a design for making the same happen is a sought after competence in the team.

- The big changes we are driving in the next 24 months are : Building a Culture of Recognition & Learning; Creating a Leadership Pipeline, Career Pathing, Talent Review

- From a HR practice we need to move to a more Data Driven decision making and conversation practice

- As Employee Champion (the main competence required is empathy, patience and not being afraid of speaking the difficult truth in a polite way):

- Contextualize and Deploy Engagement strategies to increase High Performer stickiness

- Effectively evaluate and Respond to all Employee needs with desired urgency

- Voice of employees for Leadership and overall HR team
