Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) : - Design, implement, and update HR policies; benchmark and align with industry - Drive employee engagement programs - surveys, internal communication, rewards & recognition; analyses survey inputs to drive corrective actions - Leads compensation related initiatives within assigned client groups. - Researches, analyses and evaluates compensation programs; develops creative and pragmatic recommendations for changes and enhanced efficiencies, and implements new programs. - Conducts and participates in salary surveys. Manages salary survey library. - Establish and develop the learning & development charter and develop the communication and training materials - Interfaces with global counterparts to align regional benefits programs The ideal HRBP is an enthusiastic individual with four to six years of relevant work experience, preferably at a professional services firm or in a compensation analyst role or comparable HRBP experience Key Requirements and Qualifications: - HR domain expertise - labor laws, statutory compliance, compensation and benefits - Ability to engage senior stakeholders - Impeccable attention to detail - Strong communication skills - Personable and empathetic - Comfortable dealing with and resolving conflicts - Ability to handle multiple priorities - Strong MS Office (especially MS Excel) skills
