- Frequently contributes to the development of new theories and methods. Employs expertise as a generalist or specialist in understanding business environment
- To coach, mentor and feedback to the departmental senior management team and line managers and to improve individual and organizational performance.
- To manage top industry talent to be able to support BU objectives and overall Organization's growth.
- Represents the HR organization as the principal customer contact and often performs project leadership role
- Responsible for a variety of human resources programs and policies, often encompassing several areas of human resources, including organizational development, operations, recruiting, compensation, benefits, or training.
- Assignments may include development, implementation, and evaluation of programs or policies, and may focus on service delivery within a segment of the firm, providing advice and recommendations.
- May provide input to or define short and long-term goals and objectives for human resource service delivery.
