HR Business Partner

JOB SUMMARY:

- The Talent Management team plays a key role in driving and supporting the talent agenda and designing and implementing critical career development experiences across the organization.

- The team also plays a role to assess/understand the current talent inventory and to ensure the availability of the talent as per the current and future needs of the organization.

- Given the cross-ecosystem dimension to career development, this role being part of a Talent Management team partners across HR and the business in defining, communicating, implementing, and activating the career strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Contribute to the design and implementation of career development strategies, tools and resources.

- Work with HR leadership and business partners to increase the effectiveness, reach and visibility of career programs and help the organization respond to career and talent-related opportunities and demands.

- Manage/Execute the talent growth & development initiatives by prioritizing and coordinating the work of others within and across teams; collect and summarize information and keep the stakeholders updated.

- Work with external vendors to implement the training/certification programs by collaborating with the senior management and other respective stakeholders Keep informed of industry best practices and trends in the career space, continually assessing where we can tap into subject matter experts and make improvements. Ensure communications and readiness materials are in place, conduct internal awareness and training sessions to facilitate the transition of career programs/processes.

- Create centralized resources (e.g., SharePoint/Teams sites, walking decks, one-pagers, etc.) on the program for key stakeholders and partners to easily consume and leverage.

- Provide regular updates to key stakeholders and partners on the progress, results, and outcomes of the programs.

Desired Skills & Experience:

- Degree in Information Technology with a Master's degree in HR or org development with 2 to 6 years of HR experience with at least 2 years of talent experience in IT industry.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong organizational and analytical skills.

- Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous responses to internal customers.

- Ability to effectively present information. Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
