You will support HR processes and projects within the entire function that include, but are not limited to - Support and participate in the implementation of global and local projects, policies and initiatives in the field of Human Resources - Support local and global management in people discussion, key appointments, talent reviews - Establish and maintain productive relationship with the relevant stakeholders - Support engagement initiatives to support retention - Participate in the recruitment and selection strategies when needed; fully understand people and skills demand of the business and the people availability on the market - Prepare regular and ad-hoc HR reports and analysis - Very good knowledge of key HR practices, compensation and benefits, employee relations, talent management, performance management, recruitment, employment practices - Ability to solve problems at the root cause level, understanding the impact of the people decisions - Ability to communicate on all levels within the organization - Proactive attitude - Ability to translate business strategy into execution - Very good knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
