Responsibilities include, but not limited to :
- Creating & Administering Globally Scalable HR Processes and Procedures
- Review existing Human Resources Practices & Policies and effectuate necessary changes
- Responsible for engagement of employees within the organization through various structured initiatives primarily
through employee development, motivation & retention initiatives
- Provide guidance to managers on employee issues, deal with more complex matters such as disciplinary and
grievance cases, attendance management and reports.
- Data analysis, generation of other MIS / reports as and when required
- Conducting exit Interviews, exit formalities and Managing and Supporting information requests from Operations
- Create tools and programs that integrate, grow and retain employees within organization.
- Actively involved in all areas of HR Operations like Employee / Compensation data analysis, payroll interface,
HR process / compliance related documentation, Exit interview and analysis, Attrition reporting, etc.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal clients
Qualification and required skill sets:
- Post Graduate (HR specialization) from a reputed institute
- 1 – 2 years of relevant experience in Human Resources
- Skilled in communicating clearly and effectively verbally and in writing.
- Possesses strong analytical, critical and innovative thinking skills to conduct analyses and develop
recommendations
- Ability to handle difficult situations/individuals effectively and escalate appropriately/as needed.
- Comfortable with working in night shifts
- Ability to function in a highly quality conscious and productivity driven environment.
NOTE:People done MBA From reputed institute in regular mode is mandatory.
