We have an urgent role with one of the biggest Investment MNC at Hyderabad.

Role : HRBP

Qualification : MBA Tier 1 Colleges only with max of 2yrs experience

Industry : Candidates from Banking and consulting backgrounds in addition to Fin-Tech firms.

CTC : 20-30 Lacs

We are looking for an exceptionally capable Business Partner (BP) to support our Human Capital team based in the firm's office in Hyderabad, India. Truly generalist in nature, this role will support and work closely with other BPs (as well as with employees) to implement HR solutions. The BPs provide a unified HR face and create strategic talent management programs to improve workforce performance.

Primary responsibilities include:

- Partnering closely with other BPs to deliver high-value service to the business.

- Initiating and driving HR programs/initiatives.

- Handling business units- day-to-day HR operations.

- Reviewing and analyzing business-specific data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.

- Proactively serving as a - trusted advisor- and being the primary point of contact for employees. Providing ongoing support to the employees on human resources-related matters, policies and procedures.

- Assessing training needs and conducting 1:1 and/or group training sessions as required.

- Partnering with managers to retain, develop, and motivate employees to achieve their fullest potential. Responsible for planning and conducting group-specific engagement initiatives.

Desired skills and experience:

- Masters in Human Resources from a premium business school with up to 2 years of relevant experience.

- Ability to multitask and think proactively..

- Proactive, driven, independent, flexible, discreet, and comfortable interacting with employees across levels.

- Should possess a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.

- Keen analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze data, understand trends, and develop recommendations for action based on analyses.

- Skilled communicator with a proficient ability to build relationships with employees.

- Proven ability to work within constraints as well as challenge the status quo.

Additional Information

Will be supporting business partner leads for finance and tech groups. Open for evaluating candidates from banking and consulting backgrounds in addition to Fin-Tech firms. Open for candidates based anywhere in India, should be open to relocate to Hyderabad.
