HR -Business Partner @ Bangalore (Only Male Candidates)

Looking for candidate with 2 to 4.5 years experience in Business Partnering for a leading Multinational Investment Bank in Bangalore.

Responsibilities -

- This role will be a critical HR Business Partner providing extensive HR solutions and strategy to a particular assigned

division of the firm.

-The HR BP will be a partner to the business on a wide variety of people-focused activities, both strategic and transactional, including: compensation management, promotion, hi-potential and succession planning, Talent Acquisition, Policy & strategy formulation / Implementation, Employee relations etc.

Skills Required:

Exp : 2 to 4.5 Years

Qualification -Graduate / Post Graduate (MBA -HR) from Tier 1 Institutes.

- Strong Communication / Articulation Skills

- Excellent Stakeholder management skills

- Problem Solving & Analytical Skills
