Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Location: Delhi

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Designing HR Policies and Systems:

- Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's values and goals.

- Collaborate with key stakeholders to establish and communicate HR guidelines and standards across the organization.

2. Talent Acquisition and Management:

- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new talent.

- Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop strategies for attracting and retaining top talent.

- Implement and enhance talent management processes, including succession planning, performance evaluation, and professional development.

3. Performance Management:

- Drive the performance management process, ensuring clear goal-setting, regular feedback, and development planning for all employees.

- Analyze performance data to identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance overall organizational effectiveness.

4. Employee Engagement:

- Develop and execute initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

- Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights and implement improvements.

- Facilitate team-building activities, recognition programs, and other initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.

5. HR Automation:

- Identify opportunities for HR process automation to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.

- Stay updated on HR technology trends and recommend innovative solutions to enhance overall HR effectiveness.

6. HR Operations:

- Oversee day-to-day HR operations.

- Continuously improve HR processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

- 7-12 years of relevant experience as an HRBP.

- In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence positive change.
