Responsibilities : - Develop and implement HR strategies and programs that align with the company's overall strategy and goals - Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders on HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, talent management, and organizational design - Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions - Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure that the organization has the right talent in the right roles - Conduct regular reviews of HR policies and practices to ensure they are aligned with legal requirements and industry best practices - Drive the implementation of HR technology and systems that support the business needs - Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Partner with the HR team to develop and implement employee engagement and retention strategies Requirements : - Bachelor's/P.G degree in Human Resources or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HRBP or similar role - Strong business acumen and understanding of the HR function - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills - Proven ability to build effective partnerships with business leaders - Knowledge of HR laws and regulations in India - Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making - Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously - High level of integrity and professionalism Location - BLR, Full time - Work from Office
