Key Responsibility Areas:
- Execute the talent charter for company including workforce planning, succession and retention planning, creating a high-performance culture, ensuring high employee engagement levels, manage yearly employee engagement surveys etc.
- Lead the Organizational Design and Development for 800+ employees
- Partner closely with Business Leaders to advise them on Talent Strategies for their respective Business Units
- Conceptualize and built talent initiatives that create a - Great Place to Work- culture- subsequently owning initiatives on a global scale
- Work closely with corporate functions to customize and roll-out global policies and practices at site
- Partner with HRBPs in other geographies and businesses to share and adopt best practices
- Enable continuous learning and development of talent. Continuously upskilling the workforce capabilities specific to each business unit by focusing on skill gaps, new technologies and business priorities
- Bringing in industry best practices and be responsible to introduce new-age talent practices
