What You Will Do As Human Resources Business Partner?

- You will partner with business leaders and managers to understand business imperatives and articulate people priorities.

- Partner with business leaders on succession planning, performance management, and leadership development to support high-growth geography.

- Coach managers on a breadth of topics to perform at optimal management strengths and capabilities

- Collaborate & partner with specialist HR functions like Talent Acquisition, L & D, people Analytics, Compensation, and Rewards, to design compelling people solutions for the units you support.

- Analyze and leverage relevant data and provide in-depth analysis that drives people's decisions

- The HRBP partners ensure that the best practices are being adopted, ensure the delivery of projects, and ensure that deliverables are met within the specified timeline.

- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations. Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.

- Work collaboratively with multi-functional teams to deliver an effective HR service.

- Support a wide range of HR activities from Recruitment to Exit with a special focus on-Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.

- Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.

- Implement/administer/interpret corporate policies/programs/procedures

- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

Experience And Education:

- 6+ years of relevant experience

- Graduate in any discipline. Post-graduation in HR preferred.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Should demonstrate strong administrative skills

- Should have strong interpersonal skills

- Enjoy a diverse and teamwork-oriented environment

- Solution-oriented and outcome-driven
