Role: HR Business Partner
Expectation from the role:
Seeking an experienced and results-driven HR business partner to align our HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs.
The ideal candidate for this role should have a good understanding of business functions, good communication skills, good interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and good organizational skills. The noteworthy HR business partner should improve HR initiatives, enhance staff morale, enhance relations between staff and employers, contribute to attaining business goals, promote good HR practices, and attract talented recruits.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and practices
- Developing the HR agenda
- Hiring from Mid to Senior level
- Improving and monitoring employee productivity
- Structuring compensation and benefit packages
- Managing Performance Management and appraisals
- Managing staff wellness initiatives
- Managing employee grievances through one-on-one with employees or teams
- Ensuring compliance and regulations
- Managing and allocating HR funds
Skills required:
- MBA in HR
- Experience in managing stakeholders
- Team Handling
- Experience in HRMS tools
- Advanced Excel
- Problem-solving skills
