Job description :

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Developing the HR agenda, strategies, policies, and practices

- Evaluating staffing needs and improving and monitoring employee productivity

- Engaging with heads of department and overseeing recruitment efforts

- Execute on talent management strategies to support a team's growth and individual development plans

- Help operationalize diversity and inclusion strategies to build cultural competence and business success

- Integrate and prioritize work across HR stakeholders to ensure seamless day to day and long term strategic HR delivery

- Ensuring transparency and supervision of the performance process and managing staff wellness initiatives
