We are seeking an HR Business Partner to join our Client. As a part of the HR team, this role will provide HR leadership and guidance to our client areas, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
Responsibilities :
- Coach, advise, and partner with leaders to implement talent management strategies, including talent acquisition, development, assessment, succession planning, retention, and engagement.
- Understand and integrate business priorities within client groups into HR planning and prioritization efforts.
- Become a trusted advisor to business leaders on organization and people matters, offering proactive support on key HR initiatives.
- Provide business leaders with key HR metrics, analysis, and recommendations, including metric tracking.
- Collaboratively engage within client groups as an employee advocate to identify and address issues and obstacles.
- Partner with business leaders and HR colleagues to execute diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Drive consistency and timely resolution of employee relations issues, involving senior HR leadership as necessary.
- Deliver key communications within the business and influence message development.
- Support Talent Acquisition efforts, including job description development, oversight of programs, and interview coordination.
- Contribute to HR program development and management, collaborating with HR Centers of Excellence to implement programs aligned with HR strategies.
Minimum Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in an HR generalist, HR management, or HR business partner role.
- Proven experience coaching and consulting senior leaders within an organization.
- Strong skills in employee relations, change management, recruiting/talent management, and team development.
- Attributes critical for success include a collaborative style, excellent stakeholder management skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, business acumen, and strong communication skills.
- Demonstrated change management capability, integrity, and the ability to manage a high-volume workload.
- Focus on customer service, results, and a bias for action.
