Role :
- Business partnering, Process development & Manpower Planning.
- Responsible for hiring Mass/Non mass positions within TAT.
- Managing the end to end activities of Recruitment, Operations and Retentions.
- Responsible for sourcing & developing local vendors.
- Handling employee's grievances.
- Recruitment experience for mass & non mass positions
- Recruitment for mass & middle level positions for Sales department
- Sourcing Of Candidates (References, Internet Job Portals and Job Postings etc.)
- Vendor Management - Ensuring that vendors provide a continuous stream of high quality manpower.
- Facilitate the complete joining process
- Managing Employee engagement
- Attrition Control
