Business Delivery Manager in BHR places all the people related matters at priority, aligning it to the organization's culture by keeping the goal in mind.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
2. Manage governing BAU activities.
3. Partnering with businesses to achieve their set targets and goals.
4. Retaining the right talent in the organization.
5. Create stakeholder engagement plan to execute the same.
6. Keep an update about the Employee engagement surveys should be done from time to time.
7. Review and analyze business metrics including data on retention, attrition management and employee experience in order to recommend systematic improvements.
8. Practices or policy custodians.
9. Advising and influencing business and functional heads on people matters.
10. Lead key HR projects and deliver best-in-class initiatives for better results.
11. Be a strategic partner for the department and work with leadership to influence business and people management. Employee Relationship & Lifecycle Management at the workplace. Play a crucial role in change management including change planning and strategy within an organization.
12. Identify skill gaps, training needs, design and facilitate learning & development programs to build required skills and foster a culture of continuous learning.
13. Cultivate an innovative culture by promoting a growth mindset, tracking & measuring efforts, providing insights for decision making and continuous improvement.
