HR Business Partner - Infra - IIM/XLRI/TISS/ MDI/DCE/Symbiosis

Business partner (HR) reporting to HR head, on the various verticals, profit centres, of the organization.

Assist in talent management, especially of mid to senior level personnel.

Identify and assist in OD interventions, as required.

Development of HR metrics aligned to business goals.

Identify redundancies, in process and systems, to create a more agile organization.

To identify areas where HR can more effectively enable organizational effectiveness.

Understanding compliance

Understanding industrial relations as required, for an infrastructure player.

Would prefer candidates from premium institutes, such as IIMs, XLRI, TISS, Symbiosis, MDI, DCE, etc.
