- Candidate should have min. 6 yrs of experience in HR Business Partner.
- Should have good experience in manpower planning.
- Should be good in handling Employee relations
- Should have exp in handling employee grievances
- Should have exp into Industrial relations
- Should have exp in handling Unions of Blue collars
- Manage all compliances and various legal inspections and liaise with govt. officials
- Be abreast of changes to labor laws, arbitration decisions, court etc.
- He/She should be a Bangla speaker (mandatory)
