- This role supports leaders and team members across few business units or functions in India. This position is based in Delhi, India.
- Leaders and team members receive advice, counsel, and support on policies, processes, employment and labour laws, conflict resolution, change management, and development resources to promote a fair and equitable work environment.
- Partner with people (leaders and team members) on talent processes to ensure talent needs, diversity, equity, and inclusion considerations are met.
- Proactively manage employee relations cases, informing, consulting, and partnering with employment legal counsel as appropriate.
- Participate in building the capability of people, leaders, and team members through training, development, and coaching; keep teams up-to-date about upcoming learning and development initiatives.
- Collaborate with people and business partners on overall people strategies that support the culture, company direction, and business and employee growth needs.
- Working with the COEs to ensure the effective development and implementation of programs and tools to drive business goals and provide feedback on the implementation and utilization of tools.
- Get involved in creating and continually improving policies and processes.
- Understanding and ensuring compliance with all legislative requirements and ResMed code of ethics.
