Role Objective - She/ He would have exposure as Head HR business Partnering / Generalist, Learning & Development, Organization Development, Talent Management & Talent Acquisition. Job Role: - Significant involvement as Business Leader at strategic level, specializing in building the company's human capital, aligning structure, building staff/skills and systems/processes to drive growth, innovation, and continuous improvement. - Provides strategic HR support related to human capital management that enables stakeholders turn business strategy into business practice and results. - Facilitates creation and development of culture and climate to meet business and employee needs - be the culture custodian as well - Define the people's agenda for the BUs you support in partnership with the Leadership Team of those organizations - Play a hands-on role in managing the end-to-end process of attracting and on-boarding the right talent internally / external, thereby fulfilling staffing requirements on-time. - Having a hands-on understanding of the recruitment procedures (incl. tools) and implementing them with consistency. - Responsible for Campus Recruitment Process from strategizing to Execution if required - Preparing Market Intelligence report & Market Salary report for critical positions - Design and Drive adherence to HR process , metrics and plan. - Own & drive the performance process for the team, in partnership with the business. - Own & Drive Org Design Discussions, Workforce Plans, OD activities - Mediate and resolve employee relations issues and find ways to build morale, improve workplace relationships, and boost productivity and retention - Exceptional Stakeholder management skills - CXO level folks / vendors / internal stakeholders in Ops and Finance - Experience of working in a start-up is essential - Excellent Analytical and Communication skills Job Specifications: - 2 to 8 years of experience as a hands-on HR - Experience in working with start-ups is a MUST HAVE - Tier 1/2 B-school MBA MUST HAVE - Good stakeholder management and proactive. - Should have the intent to work in a growing and evolving setup - Must have exposure to managing Talent management strategy
