HR Business Partner/HR Relationship Manager
Role and Responsibilities :
- Be a strategic HR Partner for one or more than one Business Unit Leader to drive various HR interventions.
- Own and manage Forecasting, headcount planning and drive hiring across levels via different channels/ hiring team.
- Responsible for execution of PAN India mid-level/leadership hiring for the BU while working in a fast paced environment.
- Own and drive performance management activities (goal setting, self appraisals, appraisal reviews) for the BU.
- Partnering with BU Head to drive Compensation Management and other employee reward programmes.
- Enabling people Managers/Leaders to drive best people practices amongst their team members so as to be employer of choice.
- Devise plans around employee capability enhancement interventions and execute them for the BU via various stakeholders.
- Be the HR ambassador to drive people centric culture across all levels.
Note : Candidature with e-commerce background would be great to have but from other background can also be considered
