Looking to hire HRBP & Lead Operation for Leading Manufacturing Firm based out in Mumbai. Around 7 -10 years' of experience into HRBP, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, HR Operation and Performance Management.

Qualification - MBA ( Full time)

Must Have experience into following:-

Talent Acquistion & Recruiment:

1. Work with the FH and Hiring manager for manpower planning.

2. Support Hiring to Job Posting process.

3. Ensure the hiring process progresses as per plan. Facilitate necessary decisions if the position gets stuck anywhere.

4. Maintain a tracker of positions listed.

5. Facilitate movements.

6. Support Campus hirings of the Functions.

Learning & Development:

1. Training need identification of the employees of Corporate Functions.

2. Identification of learning intervention.

3. Ensure execution of learning opportunities to the employees.

Talent Management:

1. Timely completion of Talent Management activities i.e. Talent Segmentation, Potential Assessment, DAC.

2. Creation & finalization MDP with the concerned employee and manager.

3. Support in preparation of Succession plan for the key positions in the function.

4. Support in Functional Talent Council.

5. Internal Job Rotation.

HR Operations:

1. Support towards HR Lifecycle management i.e. Recruitment till Separation for all the Corporate Functions employees.

2. Day to day need of the corporate functions.

3. Assist corporate function heads for their people related need.

Organizational Development & Performance Management:

1. Creation and updating of job description of all the management cadre position.

2. Timely completion of all the performance management process including goal setting, mid-year review, annual performance management.

3. Periodic review of positions and organization structure.

4. Support towards JAE Process.

5. Ensure communication with the all the employees in Corp Functions.
