RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Assist in Talent acquisition/ Campus Recruitment processes
- Administer compensation and benefit plans
- Work on the Training & development
- Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems/ Acting as the independent advisor for the employees in tough situations.
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
- Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies
- Undertake tasks in performance management
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics
REQUIREMENTS :
- 5-7 years of experience as HR Generalist / HRBP
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Excellent problem-solving skill
- The desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach
- Additional HR training will be a plus
- High Get-It-Done quotient
