Role: Business Partner - Human Resources and People Practice

Location: Noida, National Capital Region

CTC offered: INR 12 - 18 lac and other benefits

Working hours: 10:00 AM - 06:00 PM

Working days: Monday - Friday (5 days working)

I am currently looking for a middle level manager yet accomplished HR Generalist with an experience of success building and driving HR programs for a client operating in Hospitality, Luxury Retail, Technology, Consulting, Energy, Finance, Media and Entertainment. The incumbent will be an integral part of a young VC funded startup that has already raised INR 450 crores from second round of funding.

My client is a fast growing hospitality venture with 11 and growing high-end properties in India, Mauritius, Maldives and Nepal. Besides hospitality, they are successfully operating in Technology, Consulting, Luxury Retail, Energy, Finance, Media and Entertainment with over 350 plus employees with a great rep for the quality of work life balance, thousands of customer's significant revenues.

The right candidate will have a strong experience in a broad range of HR disciplines - compensation & benefits, policy review & development, employer branding, talent acquisition, employee engagement, team building and collaborating with stakeholders in scaling up HR operations from scratch.

Some of the things you- ll be responsible for:

Help attract, hire and develop the very best people in the industry.

Take full responsibility for all HR processes (recruiting, talent management and development, performance management, retention).

Build out HR as a fully operational entity that provides knowledge, feedback, and guidance to team leaders.

Evolve Human Resources and People Practice as a strong function.

Attract the best candidates worldwide and make the workplace a great place to work for everyone in the company.

Be the contact person for employees for all HR-related matters.

Report directly to the COO.

The right candidate likely has:

8 - 12 years related experience hands on Human Resources or People Operations generalist position.

Previous experience with high tech and/or high growth companies is preferred.

Strong understanding and working knowledge of HR administrative policies, talent acquisition procedures, regulations, benefits and salary bench marking.

Strong communication skills; ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Strong project management and follow through skills; ability to organize and drive completion of multiple projects.

Hands on experience with HRIS systems.

Demonstrated experience working with confidential information.

Professional degree in Human Resource management or related field preferred even though not finicky about - Only from premium B schools.-
