HR Business Partner - Healthcare/Pharma

- Partner with business in shaping key HR initiatives.

- To Support in Employee Relations matters.

- Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management.

- Facilitates the management team to bring best solutions for employees. Manages complex and difficult HR projects cross functionally and ensures knowledge dissemination to FF through various platforms along with cross functional team.

- Challenges the organizational structure and proposes changes. Acts as the member of the HR Management Team. Develop and execute the entire engagement event.

- Pro actively supports the delivery of HR Processes. Ensures timely execution and implementation of Talent Management & performance management process. Participates & facilitates Talent Management discussion for FF and acts a catalyst to drive results. Ensures timely updation of systems pertaining to Talent Management & performance management.

Candidate Profile :

- Candidate Must be full time MBA from reputed college with 4 to 15 years of experience of handling end to end HR activities

- Must have excellent communication skills

- Must have experience of managing team
