The role is will responsible and heading the HRBP for the Product Organization (~400) as well as the Organization Design for the organization Pan-India(2000+ employees).
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with HR Leadership to monitor and manage HR programs and strategies that support the organization's objective along with identifying HR program priorities and monitoring implementation to plan.
- Accountability of all HR programs/projects of high importance requiring work with different HR verticals and business functions and ensuring that programs are aligned with industry best practices and compliance requirements
Organization Design:
- Lead and facilitate the organizational design process to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with leadership to assess and optimize organizational structures based on grades and skills, Manager Span, Comp matrix, Career path framework, for efficiency and effectiveness.
The Successful Applicant"
- The individual must have a minimum of 15 years of experience with at least 1 Product organization
- MBA from Tier 1 is a must have (Batches 2006-2008)
- Experience with OD, PM, Talent Management etc is a must have
- Demonstrates a blend of business acumen and technical aptitude
