We are working for a Regional HR BP role to be based in Gurgaon for a Global Head Quarterd Skills Based Training providing organization. Reporting- Global CEO - The Regional HRBP needs to provide efficient, proactive and value-added HR services across the employee lifecycle. The person will serve as an expert in their field to assist with human resource related issues for the entire ASEAN region. - Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions) - Assists international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters - Fostering and maintaining a work environment that encourages respect, and is free from discriminatory or harassing behavior - Create a robust talent pipeline to improve the Company's attraction strategy - Manage the entire employee lifecycle of employees and consultants
