- Work as a strategic HR Partner to translate business strategies and objectives into HR Agenda

- Lead complex change and transformation programs in alignment with business strategy.

- Collaborate with the business for creating a high performance culture by creating and implementing team and organizational design solution teams, providing measurable performance indicators and improvement plans

- Stakeholder Management and partnership to deliver business value at the highest level

- Managing HR Agile projects end to end, including coaching and leading other team members

- Using leadership and Talent Development Tools to drive organization and team performance

- Lead Organization design programs

- Lead People and Capability Development to ensure the organization is always fit to compete in the market place.
