Job Description :
- The HR Business Partner will liaise with the Real Estate Management Services (REMS) and serve as a primary point of contact for various inquiries and concerns between REMS and the People & Performance Department.
- Consolidate and respond to various employee inquires and assisting the Real Estate Management Services department with HR services matters.
- Acts as the primary point of contact for HR support to other departments and business partners.
- To build a relationship and effectively communicate with the HR Business Partner in order to comprehend the main resource concerns and necessary steps to address both existing and upcoming organizational obstacles.
- Work closely and collaborate with HR colleagues to improve the implementation and strengthening of various HR function and services, policies, and processes to satisfactorily meet all the business partners' demands.
- Provide strong support and guidance in various human resources functions such as Recruitment and Talent Acquisition, Employee and Labor Relations, Compensation and Benefits, and Policy Creation and Implementation.
Qualifications :
- Graduate of any Behavioral Sciences and Business Courses
- Proficient and has demonstrated experience with the different facets of HR: Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management, Learning and Development, and Employee and Labor Relations.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Excellent written, oral communication, and presentation skills
- Excellent people and client management skills.
